RFQ: Cold Temperature and Arctic Protection System (CTAPS) – Base, Insulative, Softshell, Extreme Cold Weather layers
Brief Description: AFFOA, in collaboration with the US Combat Capability Development Command Center (CCDC SC), is seeking quotes from Berry compliant cut and sew manufacturers to support the production of 200-300 experimental cold weather clothing systems to be delivered by December 7, 2020, in preparation for a limited field user evaluation.
