Chris Lamb, co-founder and CEO of Device Solutions, has over two decades of experience in the development of low-power, wearable, and handheld mobile devices and applications. He drives both product and technical strategy for Device Solutions, designing products that solve the hardest problems in the world of embedded RF systems. This includes products that are breakthroughs in their sectors and where regulatory compliance, low-power design, and mission-critical reliability are essential. From medical to mining, from consumer to industrial, including patented technologies (ATSC 3.0, Cellio), Chris’s expertise has been instrumental in key projects that define the success of Device Solutions.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Master’s in EE from North Carolina State University.

Todd Young, Director of Business Development for Device Solutions, has over two decades of experience in the wireless industry and IIoT devices. Todd develops and executes strategic initiatives that position Device Solutions as a trusted partner for enterprise and government sectors. Previously, as Client Partner of Business Development at Verizon, Todd spearheaded multimillion-dollar bids for cybersecurity and statewide contracts, managed cloud migration strategies through the NIST framework, and introduced cutting-edge solutions for Smart Cities and Intelligent Traffic systems. Todd’s career reflects a unique blend of technical acumen and business strategy, honed through roles in solutions architecture, IT leadership, and project management. Todd excels at transforming business challenges into growth opportunities for customers.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography/GIS from Illinois State University and a Cybersecurity Certificate from Rutgers University.
